Following Grandma Sorrenti’s traditional family recipe, our handmade, authentic Italian Biscotti are firm, not hard, and every flavor is made the old-fashioned way, by hand. No machines, no shortcuts! We use only the BEST ingredients, bought locally. Coming from a family of almond farmers, consequently, Grandma Sorrenti used large amounts of nuts in the family recipe. Our nuts are roasted and chopped in-house, and we don’t farm out any aspects of production. We bake it, wrap it, and ship it at The Biscotti House.
